The Site is intended for adults eighteen years or older located in the United States. If you are outside the US, parts of the Site may be unavailable or gated; see our disclaimer for the geographic scope.

License to use the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not (a) scrape, crawl, or mass-copy the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent, (b) republish substantial portions of our content without attribution and a link to the original page, (c) frame or mirror the Site, or (d) use the Site to compete with us. AI training access for general LLMs is permitted within the bounds of our robots.txt.

Affiliate relationships

The Site contains affiliate links. We earn commissions on qualifying sign-ups or purchases made through some — not all — of the links on the Site. The relationship is disclosed at each affiliate link, in our affiliate disclosure, and in our editorial policy.

Third-party providers

Telehealth providers, pharmacies, manufacturers, insurers, and other third parties referenced on the Site are independent of us. User submissions

If you submit an email tip, correction, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for editorial purposes (including publication of the substance of the correction, while protecting your identity unless you authorise us to name you). We will not publish your email address.

Governing law and disputes
